What Does Delayed Period Along With Heart Palpitations Indicate?
Hello. I m three days late for my cycle and today I m having a light flow nothing like normal. I ve only used a panty liner today. I ve had cramps and nausea all week. Today i had a dizzy spell and heart palpitations off and on. None of this is normal. I always get my cycle every 27 to 29 days. I ve never been late. I took a hpt that was negative yesterday morning. Is it possible I m pregnant or should I go see my doctor.?

I really appreciate your concern, such irregular period could be due to hormone level changes if the pregnancy being suspected then it can be tested with ultrasonography although it is very less likely, it may no be pregnancy hope this information help.
